Abstract: This project funds a biological sample collection program, implemented in FY 96 and expanded in FY 97, in Prince William Sound, lower Cook Inlet, and the Kodiak area. Village-based technicians will be selected by the Alaska Native Harbor Seal Commission (ANHSC) and trained to collect samples and transport these samples to Anchorage or Kodiak for further sampling and analysis. In addition to coordinating the biological sampling program, the ANHSC will organize a two-day workshop and produce and distribute a newsletter.Proposal: Not Available
