Abstract: The goal of the project is to facilitate the involvement of subsistence users of harbor seals in the restoration of this species through two workshops, conducting biological sampling, collection and application of traditional knowledge, and development of a traditional knowledge database. A subcontract with the Alaska Native Harbor Seal Commission will contribute to developing a meaningful role for subsistence hunters in research and restoration activities.Proposal: Not Available
