Abstract: This project would gather data on the distribution, abundance, behavior, food habits and genetic relationships of harbor seals in PWS. The project includes monitoring and trend counts to determine whether recovery is occurring or whether the decline in harbor seals is continuing. Seals would be instrumented with satellite transmitters to investigate habitat use, movements, diving, and haulout.Proposal: Not Available
