Abstract: Monitoring of archaeological sites on public land injured by vandalism and oiling will concentrate on a sample of index sites in the three regions of the spill. Oiled sites will be tested for re-introduced oil. The 10-year project will end at five years if monitoring shows no continued injury.Proposal: Not Available
