Abstract: This report estimates values based on the costs of relocation, replacement and rehabilitation for some of the shorebirds, seabirds and the marine and terrestrial mammals that may have suffered injury or were destroyed in the Exxon Valdez oil spill. A likely range of costs is estimated and a best estimate is selected. The basis for estimating economic damages in this report is the commercial replacement, relocation and rehabilitation costs.Proposal: Not Available
