Abstract: This project would close out the process for preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed expansion and improvement of research facilities at the Institute of Marine Science in Seward. The project would provide for the completion of consultation and analysis needed to develop a recommendation regarding the use of settlement funds that would be appropriate and legally permissible to support proposed improvements with an estimated cost of up to $25 million. The Trustee Council is likely to consider this recommendation in late October 1994.Proposal: Not Available
