Abstract: The project will provide access for all salmon, trout and char by designing and constructing a fish pass at the barrier falls on Otter Creek. Presently there is an Alaska steeppass, built in 1982, on a barrier falls near the mouth that allows cutthroat trout access past the falls. The project will modify the existing structure to allow all salmon (pink, coho) and trout and char access to up-stream habitat.Proposal: Not Available
