Abstract:The Integrated Program Management (IPM) was developed as a cost-saving measure in response to the Trustee Council’s intent to downsize the Council’s office and staff and transfer the Long-Term Research and Monitoring project fiscal management burden to a 3rd party management model. The IPM has been operating since the beginning of the long-term programs in FY12. For a more detailed abstract, please see the FY22 project proposal 2222LTRM.
This project was approved for the FY23-FY26 funding cycle.
The FY24 proposal amendment requested a budget reallocation which was partially approved by the Council at its January 26, 2024 meeting.
