Injured Resources Addressed: Not Specified

Abstract: This project, in cooperation with The Nature Conservancy, accelerates the collection, and compilation of existing resource data needed for evaluation of proposals for habitat protection and acquisition and for other restoration activities. A substantial amount of data on injured resources and services is essentially unusable in its present form due to the data being located in a variety of different federal and state agencies and in a variety of different and sometimes conflicting formats. A common data base usable by all of the Trustee Agencies is needed for these data to be most useful in analysis and identification of critical habitats in the spill area.
