Proposals for Alternative Structures to EVOSTC

In the fall of 2018 the EVOS Trustee Council received two proposals for altering the structure of EVOSTC. At their subsequent annual meeting, the Trustees requested that EVOSTC staff and long-time EVOSTC auditor Max Mertz (principal at MERTZ, CPA and Advisor) review aspects of the proposals and analyze the EVOSTC budget. The proposals, subsequent analyses and evaluations are below. In June 2020, the Council received an updated proposal submitted by the "EVOS Think Tank of Citizens".
