Restoration Plan (PDF)
In 1994, the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trustee Council adopted the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Restoration Plan to guide the development and implementation of a comprehensive, interdisciplinary recovery and rehabilitation program. Proposers should be familiar with this document.
